I’m talking about the case in federal court, in Massachusetts, which I’ve been covering for months now.

The judge, Brian Murphy, froze all changes Kennedy made to vaccines since taking office as head of HHS. However slight those changes have been—the Judge rolled them back, and made the CDC vaccine division a paralyzed statue in the park.

Then solo warrior lawyer Rick Jaffe stepped in and filed an appeal, because the US government WOULDN’T.

The Department of Justice FINALLY filed an “appeal” in the case. It asked the Judge to SQUASH Rick Jaffe’s appeal…

The government is satisfied with the Judge’s decision to impose that freeze for the duration of the case, which could take many months.

The actual final decision in the case will be made by Judge Murphy…and that’s not looking good. Not at all.

I recently broke a huge story about pharma companies preparing a genetic hoax to excuse the failures of their drugs. You can read it here.

You see, ahem, the drugs don’t really fail. When they don’t work, or when they kill people, it’s really because those people have an unusual genetic anomaly that changes the effects of the drugs.

Yeah. Sure.

So why can’t pesticide companies try the same con? “Roundup only hurts people who have a genetic defect.”

These companies can hire researchers to do studies that come to any conclusion they’re looking for. And the dense technical details of that research (cooked up like complex fairy tales) are only “understood” by the researchers themselves. Faced with that problem, judges in court cases would bow and surrender before the experts.

For that matter, all huge chemical companies that pollute the land, sea, and air could hop on board that train and develop similar strategies to excuse their own crimes.

It would be a tough sell at first for them, but these titans are persistent, and they have the cash to keep going until the tide turns in their favor.

I’ve been covering Judge Brain Murphy’s rulings on the CDC. Basically, he’s frozen all changes to the vaccine schedule.

New “fairer” vaccine advisory committee members would have to be appointed by Kennedy before the judge would be willing to change his ruling.

And presumably, some court appointed “monitors” would decide whether these new committee members are “fair and balanced,” meaning pro-vaccine all the way. Meaning they’re in love with all vaccines all the time.

But suppose this happened: a few famous researchers announce the result of a large clinical trial. An innovative vaccine to prevent cancer works beautifully, they say.

Then the FDA reports they’re on the verge of approving the shot. For adults and children.
