A few notes on the big winter freeze in America
White we wait for a crew to come out here and fix our frozen well, I’m writing this.
The UN experts will tell us the freeze is the result of global warming. They cover their bets every which way. If we get a heat wave, it’s warming. If the temp drops 40 degrees, it’s warming.
That’s their science. No science at all. Just a bunch of layered bullshit to handle all exigencies.
Some of you will recall that in the 1970s, the big thing was global cooling. We were about to enter a new Ice Age. The press had all the stories. They had the experts and the studies and the measurements.
Their stories, in tone and attitude and approach, mirrored current stories. Except then it was cooling and now it’s heating.
