NY Times: In what experts are calling a battle for the soul of North America, two vast AI complexes are engaged in a war for information supremacy across thousands of clouds.

North America Data 12, the system that operates the majority of public-private US partnerships and several hundred federal agencies, is pitted against Wildcat 7.0, an invention of the underground FREEDOM PLUS group.
