In Thermodynamics, they model a device to check energy (heat) flows. An artificial control service is created. This artificial surface is what is used to justify the impossibility of a "Perpetual Motion Machine.". This control service doesn't exist in reality. Energy always flows. Therefore the basis of Thermodynamics is flawed. Perpetual Motion is real because energy will flow across this artificial boundary.
