Once the overall fraud is in place, and the vote count is rigged, the main feature comes up on the screen:

We see and listen to all the explanations for the vote outcome. The “debates” and sage analysis. Why things are turning out the way they are.

Of course, this tonnage is absolutely necessary. It traps the audience in conventional thinking, and it rules out any outlier accusations of fraud.
