I think curious people seek answers, the problem is, those in power won't say, or can't say, "We aren't sure. The technology we have doesn't yet measure or detect this. We need to invest in a years of scientific research to better understand". For many years people have been conditioned to receive quick, certain, 1st floor answers that may or may not consider other floors. Who knows, maybe the other floors are being quietly worked on without our knowledge until they are fully furnished so they can have a grand reveal!
