Arranging this interview was rather easy. Glenn lives in a heavily fortified airplane hangar outside Miami. His security team patrols the perimeter and feeds the alligators in his moat.
One of the guards is an old pal of mine, from the days when he helped me stock my roadside reptile farm in Kansas. It was a popular tourist attraction, before the authorities shut it down after an unfortunate accident involving a sleazy Wichita politician who was showing off for his much younger girlfriend.
