NBA announces ERADICATION OF INNER CITY GANGS DAY
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has released a statement about an innovative NBA event:
“This year, on July 30, in 10 cities across America, the League will be hosting ceremonies calling for the eradication of inner city gangs.”
“Why? Because black lives matter. And black gangs are largely shooting and killing black people in their own neighborhoods. We’ve had enough.”
“I’m asking LeBron James, ESPN’s Stephen A Smith, Grizzlies star Ja Morant, and former NBA star, to become the public faces of these events—and our ongoing campaign to apply federal RICO laws to these predatory drug-selling child-recruiting gangs.”
Lebron James was sought for a comment, but he was traveling in China on business.
Finally, the NBA is taking decisive action.
However, Disney, which owns ESPN, is threatening legal action against Silver and the NBA. Disney executive, Mary Jim Case, who is openly gay, transgender, and uses the pronouns THEIR, US, YOU, shot back:
