*A standard operating procedure [SOP] note within the PACT Act [explicitly] excludes vaccines and medications from being considered under TERA, applying a stricter standard than all other toxic exposures.*
“The VA already concedes toxic exposures under TERA when they are consistent with the circumstances of a veteran’s service, including occupational and environmental risks,” Fleeman explained. “Yet, this note arbitrarily blocks vaccine-related exposures from being evaluated the same way.”
“Without it [the explicit exclusion],” he argued, “the COVID-19 mRNA injections would have to be considered a military occupational exposure under TERA, just like any other toxic risk veterans faced in service.”
The VA cannot claim to assess toxic exposures fairly while creating a special exemption for vaccines through “an SOP loophole,” he argued. “All the VA Secretary has to do is remove this fraudulent SOP note, and every veteran who was injected by the military would be covered.”
And as it stands, Fleeman also suggested: “[this provision] effectively obscures the fallout from the shots.”
He pointed out that “the VA acknowledges toxic exposure under TERA for military occupational hazards, asbestos, and other service-related exposures—even when long-term health effects are uncertain—but then arbitrarily excludes vaccines and medications.”

The VA will find an alternative way of justifying a disability brought on by vaccines using another way to justify compensation - side effects bring on issues that can be linked to other sources - ie. Hypertension due to exposure to continuous stress on the battlefield resulting in heart disease or Agent Orange a years long battle by vets for compensation from this poison has multiple side effects that mimic vaccine side effects. A concerted effort by vets to hold government accountable for poisoning via vax is a noble cause - meantime vets mustered out of military due to refusing Covid vax are being invited to serve once again. Are they now exempt from Covid vaccine? If so, does this not set a precedent for refusing all vaccines and dodgy treatment.
Dear Jon - Investigate how military is accommodating these personnel re Covid vaccine requirement could lead to
challenging all vaccines in the military. Remember military personnel are treated as a piece of equipment - if a soldier self injures he can be court martialed for damaging military property- human property - the government owns you as a
soldier- Conversely why is the military not held accountable for injuring its Human Resources/ property via vaccines and medical treatment? In these days of enlightenment vets may be willing to challenge these in the courts.

My son served in the Navy during Desert Storm- required to get dental check up - never had a cavity- military dentist began filling his teeth - my son went to commanding officer to request justification since dentist would not provide it - son was ordered to get treatment- commanding officer did intervene on behalf of my son to stop this unnecessary treatment. My son had been taught to question everything and in this case it paid off. Just an example of military malfeasance. My son helped vector planes on a huge aircraft carrier during his time in the Navy and was respected for his
