'Frontal lobes not fully developed': new excuse not to charge young killers under 25 with murder

Then what about those 'aware' kids choosing to undergo gender change at 11?

FOX Baltimore reports that Democratic Delegate Charlotte Crutchfield has introduced a bill, in the Maryland State Legislature, that would prevent anyone under the age of 25 from being charged with felony murder—

Because their front lobes aren’t fully developed yet.

Apparently, though, kids can decide to undergo “gender affirming” puberty blockers and even surgery—because they have a keen sense of their sexual identity.

And letting people 18-25 VOTE? What a mistake that must be. Millions of undeveloped brains deciding who governs.

I’m thinking delegate Crutchfield herself has brain problems. Unless…but no, that couldn’t be. She isn’t trying to protect young black men from being charged with felony murder, is she? It would be racist to suggest such a motive.

Except that’s what her motive is.
