Seems like a good time to do some cardio, and get your physical/ mental state in order. A man who can't stand, can't fight.

Yup. Consider sprints and/or intense resistance, too. Those are also good on mental state.

Thanks Walden - need to sprint more for sure - waiting on the next set of shoes to come in, for now, I do sprints on the field. How often do you do resistance? Have you ever used bands?
