Our borders must be militarized. Defensive perimeter with immediate offensive capability. Couple of battalions of hard ass Marines would do it. No permission to shoot required. Let them do their job.
I say build two walls. If they climb over one, they have to get through a mine field to get to the other one. Or a no man zone controlled by killer drones.
