In the aftermath of the roaring success of urban farms in inner cities across America, I have instituted a new wide-ranging program.

The very same program has been launched in every Indian reservation in the US. Residents grow their own food and sell the excess for a profit. The federal government issues loans to create these reservation farms, and the Indian farmers pay back loans from their profits.

Update: And now, we are extending this small farm program to any adult American with no prior felony convictions. It will result in an economic boom.

We are going to choose a large national park and set it aside for all legitimate Indian tribes, who will live and work there.
