As we all know, medical honchos do everything they can to use language that sounds important.

They need to impress the public.

I’m not talking about dense and complex technical terms. They are PLENTY of those.

I picked out the word “treatment.” I asked ChatGPT to supply words and phrases doctors use to stand in for it.

Boom.

Take a gander at this list:

Protocol
Course of treatment
Therapy
Regimen
Plan of care
Intervention
Procedure
Management
Care plan
Medical regimen
Medical care
Treatment plan
Medical protocol
Healthcare regimen
Medical procedure
Medication regimen
Medical therapy
Clinical regimen
Medical intervention
Healthcare protocol
Medical management
Patient care plan
Healthcare plan
Medical approach
Healthcare regimen
Medical scheme
Healthcare strategy
Medical course
Medical method
Healthcare approach

Quite something, eh?

Sounds a lot better than, “We gave the guy drugs.”

I thought about it and came up with a few of my own inventions:

LINKED STEP APPLICATION. That means, “We gave the guy drugs and he ended up in the hospital.”

FINALITY PROTOCOL. Same as the one above, except the patient ends up in the cemetery.

LEVERAGED OPTION. This means, “The drug company gave us perks to prescribe their drug.” Or, “The government paid us to inject a vaccine.”

STUDY POPULATION ENHANCEMENT. “We’d never used this type of treatment before, so we slammed hundreds of millions of people with it, to see what would happen. And when the results were catastrophic, we covered up that fact.”

REVERSE STRATEGY. “The clinical trial of the drug was a toxic disaster, so we lied about the results and marketed the drug anyway.”

HEROIC INTERVENTION. “The drug was developed from a dangerous poison, so we claimed there were many people whose illness was so dire we had to try the drug.”

REGULATORY PROTOCOL. “We paid off the FDA to approve the drug when we knew it was ineffective and quite dangerous.”

EDUCATION BASED TREATMENT OPTION. “We ran a TV ad for our drug 100000000000 times, with the end-tag, “Ask your doctor if [the drug] is right for you.” Hundreds of thousands of people immediately saw their doctors and told them they wanted the drug.

LAYERED MEDICAL STRATEGY. Give drug A, cause serious adverse effects B and C and D. Diagnose those effects as a new disease and give drug E, which causes another set of injurious effects and diagnose them as another disease and prescribe another toxic drug, and so on.

I may need to create my own AI Chat bot which features these and MANY other euphemistic synonyms.

Think of the potential options, when you expand the application to fields like crime, open borders, transgenderism, censorship, war, politics, organized religion…

Every cause now seems to have a celebratory month of its own.

So…BULLSHIT SYNONYM MONTH.

A parade down Pennsylvania Avenue.

Did you notice the missing word? "cure"

The list consists of a large number of waffle words, words without real meaning, not defined by results, much less positive results, including: therapy, course of treatment, intervention, procedure, management.

It also includes medical treatments that can be forced on doctors and patients, like:

Protocol, Plan of Care, Care Plan, Medical Regiment, Medical Protocol, Medical Regimen,

Clinical Regimen. I did notice that "standard of care" and "vaccination" are missing from the list.

But there are no words that indicate cause and consequences, and no words that indicate a positive result, and no word that indicates a "cure". Modern medicine has many Standards of Care, even Standards of Euthanasia, but no standards of cure.

The word cure is missing from many medical dictionaries, and is not medically defined in any authoritative source (except for infectious diseases cured by a bureaucratically "approved treatment."

We don't need big words, we need to study one simple four letter word: cure. But today, anyone who claims any case of diseases "cured" a quack (cuack). Today, it is not technically possible to prove any case of non-infectious disease has been cure. It is not possible to prove that a case of any infectious disease - treated with a non-approved medical (alternative) product is cured. There are treatments for the common cold - but no cure. Hundreds of millions "RECOVERED" from COVID. Not one was "CURED."

to your health, tracy

Notably missing from Chat's list are "Prescription" and "Doctor's orders".

I guess that would mean removing the velvet glove to expose the iron fist of authoritarianism.
