Jerry Brown, Newsom's predecessor, was governnor for 4 terms. Newsom is being groomed for President or VP. His current term ends in Jan. 2027. By then California will be recognized as a model open air prison for the NWO. Newsom will be rewarded for this accomplishment.

Term Limits apply to Newsom. They didn't apply to Brown because the law wasn't, and probably couldn't have been made, retroactive.
