Jon, I am a long time listener and reader of your work. I just subscribed so I could comment and let you know how much I appreciate your relentless pursuit and voicing of truth. I agree about writing and using language as it was meant to be used. Here is a quote from my last piece on my website, I am inspired to become more proficient and prolific.

Thank you, this is remarkable. I know it would be enlightening to determine the depth of deception of the NYT writing for myself, but I stopped reading the paper a year ago, and would be nauseated to force myself to read it, even for clinical purposes. Is this a mistake? Should I attempt it anyway?

Yes, they write to sanitize reality, to anesthetize the reader, making them believe they have been fully informed while keeping them fully ignorant and disengaged.

I get it. There is a thin veneer, a skimming of the top, in dispassionate
language, obvious in reading propaganda "news". Serious reader/writers
understand they are being fed pablum. TY for affirming this, underlining
