However, instead of, "...if guilty, he should be spending the next 30 years in a US prison?", I think he should spend maybe a couple of hours in a jail cell until a proper hanging tree can be located...then he should be hanged from his neck until dead. We are a post constitutional lawless nation. I still can't comprehend this idea of sanctuary cities. Come to our city, break all state and national laws and essentially we will pay you for the pleasure of you company. This is completely insane.
In Washington (Sanctuary) state we have a law where the police were forbidden to pursue a criminal unless he was drunk, in which case they could. I spoke to my local police about this and this is what they told me. Some guy could come into my house, murder my spouse and leave and when I called the murder in the police would be unable to pursue the fleeing suspect unless I also reported that said suspect smelled as if he had been drinking. Absolutely insane. The law was just overturned about a month ago in our last legislative session, but I think it was on the books for about four years and I am not sure that it is off, just yet.
I remember a time when Americans were fairly united when it came to freedom of speech, law and order, and the protection of children. Now, unfortunately, many turn a blind eye to child abuse, child trafficking and child rape - especially if the alleged perpetrator is an educator or socially connected, or, better yet, in this country illegally. Not only do we have to support them, we are supposed to ignore their bad behavior. Right along with the renewable visa cards, there is apparently a "Get Out of Jail Free" card. And America stands by in silent unity.....
Can the government's malfeasance get any worse, Jon? I think it can. I opine it just does not flat out care about saving our very fragile Constitutional Republic. It has created a path of destruction to implement "it's democracy."
Hmmm... It would be incredibly difficult to convince me that what is taking place is not purposeful. The level of outrage seems incredibly low to me. If this is any indication of where we are in this process of destroying the United States of America, I'm afraid it's too late. When they can get away with this shit, stick a fork in us... we're done!

The Public Law is not the same as "legal", so, legal can be anything these bozos deem ok to do but it may certainly be unlawful. All the "legal eagles" should know this or dust off your Blacks Law Dictionary or Bouvier's Law Dictionary and see what you can see. Nothing more than complete BS by the members of the BAR which is nothing more than a private guild.

The root problem is that our government, aka the government of the American Republic, hasn’t stood since 1871. Since then we’ve been usurped by the British, the British Crown Corporations, specifically. All “law enforcement”, all government “officials”, any man or woman in any position of “government” or “law enforcement”, at any level, is a foreign agent masquerading as American government. They all need to be tried for treason, which is literally their crime.
