But the huge problem we have is our local health and human service departments, local clinics and hospitals, and on up the line to the CDC and the WHO. This is a "MAJOR" problem and I see no way to wake these people up or change it.

You need not comply. Masks are an emergency use authorization and has not been "approved" by the FDA. If the doctors refuses you, sue them.
